2019 Little Warrior: Layla Mathews

Layla’s mom Shannon reflects on Layla’s journey. “I look at Layla’s situation everyday as a blessing and people often think I’m crazy when I say that but the FAITH of GOD is what has brought us through all of this and everything happens for a reason. He has big plans for Layla and I believe that’s why Layla has done so well so far. God has given Layla the strength, the mindset, the courage, and He has healed her after each surgery and treatment so quickly but has also used her in every situation. It has been AMAZING to watch and I get goosebumps when I think of it!
